Femi is a Chartered Accountant. He has made a remarkable impact in finance industry where he gained ample experience in internal control/audit, risk management, banking operation and corporate finance, process flow and business development.

Drawing from his wealth of experience in finance sector in driving the leadership of Tovia consulting Ltd, Femi has over 15 years experience, he began his career with Pierre Consulting Ltd where he gained extensive experience in consulting, auditing, taxation and International Financial Reporting Standard before joining Crossover microfinance bank (a state licensed MFB) where he worked as a resident auditor before proceeding to Xslnce bank where he worked as Internal Audit/Risk manager and later as finance controller where he began to prepare management report, CBN returns and NDIC report.

He later proceeded to Good Neighbours microfinance bank where he worked as Head, Internal control/risk management and later rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer and was able to drive the ship of the organization to a successful pathway by taking strategic operational decisions in a startup environment. Because of his quest to gain more experience in recent evolution in finance industry where fintech industry is spreading like wildfire, he proceeded to Rank Capital Ltd, a fintech industry where he worked as Head, Internal Audit/Control.

Femi is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), he has participated in various trainings like Anti Money Laundering/ Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AMT/CFT) , Risk management, and Human Capital Management to mention a few.
